Damaged Shipments

We encourage you to inspect all packages carefully upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please make note of it with the delivery carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible. If significant damage is present, you may choose to refuse delivery.

If you do accept delivery and discover damage, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the product immediately after opening the shipment.

To begin a damage claim, please email photos and your order information to support@sukarihome.com. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
